How we start is vastly different from how we will sustain the growth of our initiatives and our companies. The balance begins with understanding how our leadership styles affect those around us, from our clients to our employees, vendors, and customers.
As a former employee of one of the world’s most successful ride-share apps, I am admittedly glad to see that a change is coming. The imploding, while publicly scathing, means a great deal of change for those on the inside a little too intimidated to speak up about their true experience in an environment that demands relentless ambition often at the expense of valuing the humanity and cultural experiences of others.
